Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and machinery to achieve flawless finishes on hardware products.
Prepare surfaces for coating by performing tasks like cleaning, sanding, and meticulous masking.
Regularly monitor and fine-tune coating parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and voltage, to uphold consistent, superior quality.
Conduct rigorous quality checks on coated items to verify they align with our rigorous visual and functional benchmarks.
Display skills in identifying and addressing minor equipment glitches to ensure seamless production flow.
Adhere unwaveringly to safety protocols and sustain a clean, organised work environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a powder coating operator or in a comparable manufacturing role will be a strong advantage.
Remarkable attention to detail, along with the capability to follow precise directives.
