We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the overall performance of our dynamic Warehouse operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll manage two Production Managers (Day and Afternoon Shifts), leading large teams through a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.

This is an integral role that requires the highest level of organisation and communication skills. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, investigating opportunities, and driving improvement to maximise our manufacturers performance.

What you'll do:

• Lead, coach, and develop Production Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders to deliver operational goals.
• Drive efficiency, improve KPIs, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and service.
• Foster an engaged, high-performing team environment across all warehouse operations.
• Build strong partnerships with internal departments
• Manage communication on orders, inspections, credit issues, and quality feedback.
• Champion Health & Safety compliance in line with NZ legislation, promoting a proactive safety culture.
