What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and develop Team Leaders and Production staff to deliver daily goals and long-term growth.
- Drive operational performance — improving efficiency and quality across all warehouse operations.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving.
- Be a visible leader for Health & Safety — proactive, practical, and people-focused.
