We’re looking for a hands-on Machining Team Leader to take ownership of our door machining area and lead it into its next phase of efficiency, safety, and technology advancement.

This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, running production, coaching people, and improving how things are done. You’ll lead a skilled team to deliver safe, high-quality, on-time output while driving smarter processes and preparing for future machining technology.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading safety and quality in a fast-paced machining environment
• Planning and running daily machining operations to meet customer commitments
• Coaching and developing machinists, addressing issues clearly and constructively
• Improving efficiency by understanding labour and machining times
• Driving process improvements and linking technology to our machines
• Playing a key role in technology change and new product introductions

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading teams in machining, joinery, or manufacturing
• Strong practical understanding of production flow and efficiency
• A safety-first mindset with high standards for quality
• Someone who can think ahead, improve processes, and bring people with them

This is a hands-on leadership role where your decisions directly impact safety, quality, and customer delivery.
