Job Description
We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at APL as the Accounts Assistant
Desired Skills and Experience
You will be responsible for
Coordinate, process and input accounts payable and receivable transactions
Prepare monthly creditor payments and reconcile creditor statements
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, requesting credits and recharges as required
Identify and input fixed assets
Indexing, filing and sorting of invoices and accounting documentation
Other general accounts duties
The successful candidate will also have the following
A strong attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to quality
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead and effectively manage staff
A proven history of reliability
Knows what it takes to contribute to a productive and efficient team
Accurate and fast keyboard, data entry and word processing skills
Please note, this is a 42-hour per week, in-office, position working Monday to Friday, with the role available for immediate start
