We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join on our afternoon shift. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and routine maintenance of plastic extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup & Operation

• Set up and run extrusion machines per specifications.
• Monitor performance and adjust settings as needed.

Quality Control & Troubleshooting

• Check product quality and correct defects.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues.

Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Report equipment issues and follow safety procedures.

Material Handling

• Load and monitor raw materials.
• Store materials properly and restock as needed.

Continuous Improvement

• Support process improvements and team efficiency.
• Participate in training and share feedback.

Record Keeping

• Log production data and machine settings accurately.

What you will bring:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of extrusion or related machine operation.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and quality inspection equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg.
• Ability to work afternoon shift: 2pm-11:30pm
